Screen Printed Matt and Metallic Envelopes
Our standard metallic and matt envelopes look great when screen printed! We have a variety of sized mailers available to screen print including our new matt metallic envelopes. We usually
have an MOQ of 500 for screen printed envelope enquiries, but are happy to look at other quantities depending on specifications.

Foil Blocked Carrier Bags
We have a range of foil blocked carrier bags waiting to make that all important statement!  Our gloss and matt laminated carrier bags and simply styled paper carrier bags look superb in foil block print.

Our MOQ on foil blocking bags depends on the type of bag selected and how many colours of foil are chosen, however we are always happy to help with any enquiry that you may have. These bags are available in a wide variety of sizes and colours, so you will most certainly find one suited to your needs.





Foil Blocked or Screen Printed USB Presentation Book Jackets

Foil Blocked or Screen Printed USB Presentation Book Jackets are a creative and cost effective solution to for an item which can be difficult to source on the high street. They are ideal for wedding photographers and for digital event marketing to leave a lasting impression on your clients. They are delivered flat packed with separate foam insert and are easy to put together to make a smart presentation jacket. They are also easily customised with foil blocking or screen printing for a smart finish.
They are 100 x 100mm with a 12mm capacity.  A stiff board is covered with a white matt laminated paper and then lined in black paper. The foam used is of high quality and comes with a self-adhesive backing for ease of application to the board. Please note that USB’s are not included with this product.

Screen Printing

Cyberpac's metallic envelopes are easily customised using a screen print method with your logo or design embossed on it. Turnaround is usually within 1 - 2 weeks depending on your final specifications such as quantity and artwork spec.  Our metallic envelopes range also comes in a wide variety of colours and sizes to choose from.


Metallic envelopes are available in solid colours, a selection of opaque colours such as silver, blue and gold, along with a choice of either silver or gold translucent envelopes. Our newly launched board envelopes can also be screen printed, giving a fantastic look and feel to the finished mailing solution. We manufacture metal tins which can also be screen printed to very professional standard.  Please contact us for more details on availability

Foil Blocking


Foil blocking is a stunning and cost effective way to customise our standard stock gift boxes. With a quick turnaround time, we can take one of our stock gift boxes and foil block your logo or design on it. They are delivered flat packed so take up little storage space and are very easy to assemble. Kraft gift boxes are also available, along with luxury and standard gift boxes.
Our gift bags which can also have your logo or design foil blocked on them, give a visually dynamic look. We also supply a variety of bags in gloss laminate, paper carrier and matt laminate.





Our bags are available in a variety of different colours and sizes and are very stylish and professional, helping to create the right impression in the corporate or social environment. Foil blocking has recently been used when creating USB jackets, with the aim to present USB flash drives at weddings, presentations or as corporate gifts. MAILERS


Standard CPP Metallic Mailers 

We have a range of standard CPP Metallic Mailers available on our shop. With nine different colours available, ranging from Magenta through to Silver Translucent with a range of sizes they are the ideal packaging solution. They come with a user friendly peel and seal closure with a resealable tape and its lightweight yet durable - 70 micron. (Look at Week 10 to learn more about CPP)


Bespoke CPP Mailers

We can screen overprint our standard products. However we also make a mailer to your bespoke size and can flexo print multiple colours to give you a more interesting and creative mailer.
Co-Ex Mailing Bags

We can make Co-Ex Mailing bags to a bespoke size and can print on them as well. They are layered for extra strength and with them being totally opaque they are ideal as mailing courier bags.




Harmless Dissolve Mailers


The mailer that dissolves in water is soon to be launched on our shop as a stock product, they will firstly be available as a C4 and C5 mailers. With the high MOQ's that normally come along with this product, we have found the ideal solution to offer them in a cost effective method. (Look at Week 13 to learn more about Harmless Dissolve)

Acetate or polyester is a derivative of acetic acid. This clear flexible film can be printed on, to create an exciting finish to your product. Acetate is a cost effective way to produce unique top quality results.


Advantages

1. Can be digitally or screen printed
2. Can be die cut, creased and folded
3. Gives a luxurious feel to the final product
4. Can also be foil blocked





  Suitable for, invitations . The suitable order size,   is anything from 100 upwards

Laminate materials are created in layers to improve the strength and durability of the original. It can be produced in a variety of colours and finishes, with print to achieve the desired result. 







Advantages

1. Laminate can be clear, metallic or translucent
2. Can be flexo or screen printed as well as the potential to be foil blocked 
3. Different weights available including heavy duty barrier
4. Matt or shiny finishes are available



Disadvantages
1. Expensive for short runs

Considerations
 is an excellent material for vacuum packing envelopes . Suitable for, mailers, carrier bags and Vac Packing bags. The suitable order size,   anything from 500 upwards.

Week 8 - Flexographic Printing

Inks are applied to flexible materials using a resin plate with a raised image.


Advantages
1.Used best for mailers 
2. 4 colour process and spot Pantones are possible


Disadvantages
1. The usual minimum order quantity is 1000.
2. The resolution is lower than lithographic printing.

Considerations
 This print method is great for producing single overall colours, or full CMYK prints onto silver, white, clear or tinted materials. Suitable for printing onto rolls of flexible materials (polythene, cast polypropylene, laminate etc.) before conversion into mailers, carrier bags etc.

Week 7 - Lithographic printing

Inks are applied via a metal plate using chemical processes to separate image and non-image areas, giving a very high resolution print.



Advantages
1.Easily Available 
2. Very high quality print
3. Possible on many papers, boards and some plastics



Disadvantages
1. Not suitable for very short runs (See week 2 digital printing for the ideal alternative)
2. Ink colours can be strongly affected by material colour

Considerations
 Lithographic printing is the most commonly available form of commercial printing due to its high quality finish on many different types of paper and board. Suitable for invitations, leaflets, brochures, paper over board, posters, labels, PVC, rigid polypropylene, stationery and many more. The suitable order size depends on the product type but usually anything from 500 upwards.

Week 2 - Digital Printing

The application of CMYK inks onto paper or board without the use of printing plates.

 

Advantages
1.Very low setup cost
2. Quick turn around time
3. Personalisation, every single product can be different
4. Pantone colours sometimes available




Disadvantages
1. Printing on darker substrates can be problematic
2. Not very cost effective for longer runs

Considerations
 Different printing presses are designed to handle different materials and can give different effects.. Suitable for paper and board up to 300 gsm and size SRA3. Also suitable for acrylic and in PVC for larger sizes. The suitable order size is anything from 1 copy upwards.

Advantages
1. Coat effective for short runs
2. Durable, ink doesn't get damaged
3. Own unique look
4. Can be used on different materials



Disadvantages
1.Not cost effective for long runs
2. Registration between colours can be an issue
3. Hard to print tints and tones

Considerations
 C The final effect of screen print will depend massively on the substrate and the materials. (Check with us if you have any questions).Suitable for acrylic, paper and board including corrugated, polyproplene, metal, flexible mailers, PVC and almost anything that has a flat surface. The suitable order size is anything from 20 and above.
