Board Envelopes

Our board envelopes come available as either a glossy or post marque; they are great for sending out all sorts of documents, flyers and newsletters. Both options have various colours to choose from and both options come available in C4 and C5 sizes. The glossy card envelopes have a lovely smooth, shiny finish and are a smooth and elegant mailing option. The post marque envelopes have a stylish matt finish, which is great for sending out promotional gifts and products.

Luxury Gift Boxes


Our luxury gift boxes really are extremely impactful with their range of colours and versatile in the variety of sizes they are available in. Being supplied flat packed means storage space won't be an issue and delivery postage is significantly reduced. Great for gift presentation packaging and holding items which need to look the part; our luxury gift boxes have the luxury feel but not the high cost associated with sourcing them. With a mix of modern, contemporary feel, they are sold in packs of ten and can be used for special occasions without looking excessive.

Metal Tins

The metal tins that we supply are perfect for sending out CD's, DVD's and A5 documents, have a sleek finish and fit perfectly in our C5 bubble mailers making a great little presentation product. They are also great for storing USB sticks and our CD and DVD tins come with foam and vacuum formed inserts for an added touch of quality.

Screen Printed Matt and Metallic Envelopes

Our standard metallic and matt envelopes look great when screen printed! We have a variety of sized mailers available to screen print including our new matt metallic envelopes. We usually
have an MOQ of 500 for screen printed envelope enquiries, but are happy to look at other quantities depending on specifications.

Foil Blocked Carrier Bags
We have a range of foil blocked carrier bags waiting to make that all important statement!  Our gloss and matt laminated carrier bags and simply styled paper carrier bags look superb in foil block print.

Our MOQ on foil blocking bags depends on the type of bag selected and how many colours of foil are chosen, however we are always happy to help with any enquiry that you may have. These bags are available in a wide variety of sizes and colours, so you will most certainly find one suited to your needs.

Foil Blocked or Screen Printed USB Presentation Book Jackets

Foil Blocked or Screen Printed USB Presentation Book Jackets are a creative and cost effective solution to for an item which can be difficult to source on the high street. They are ideal for wedding photographers and for digital event marketing to leave a lasting impression on your clients. They are delivered flat packed with separate foam insert and are easy to put together to make a smart presentation jacket. They are also easily customised with foil blocking or screen printing for a smart finish.

They are 100 x 100mm with a 12mm capacity.  A stiff board is covered with a white matt laminated paper and then lined in black paper. The foam used is of high quality and comes with a self-adhesive backing for ease of application to the board. Please note that USB’s are not included with this product.

Metallic Envelopes

Our standard Metallic envelopes are made from a durable, lightweight, 70 micron metallised CPP. They have a user friendly peel and seal closure tab with resealable tape, making them ideal for promotional giveaways, brochures, books and much more. They come in nine different colours and are a great alternative to standard paper or foil envelopes.

C5 Harmless Dissolve Envelopes

Very recently available to buy in our online store are our unique Harmless Dissolve envelopes now available in retail sized packs of 100. A completely biodegradable water soluble polymer which bio degrades in a composting environment, dishwasher or washing machine, is available to buy at the very reasonable price of £42.40 per pack of 100 (+VAT). Clients buying this product have ranged from Liz Earle Cosmetics, McKinsey Associates all the way through to Nokia. They have all used Harmless Dissolve to help build their brand and engage with their customers in an environmentally friendly manner.

Metallic Bubble Envelopes

Our classic metallic bubble envelopes are available to buy in packs of 100 with eight different colours available to choose from. With the recent press around the Scottish referendum, being held later this month, we were inspired to create a range of mailers which are not only eye catching but make a statement about your stance on current affairs.  These limited edition mailers have either the Scottish Flag or Union Jack flexo printed on a silver background, so you can make a statement on who your vote lies with, whichever one you choose.

A new product comes to our shop website - Cyberpac Express. With an ever growing product list on our shop website we now have available a range of envelopes available as either glossy or post marque. The first option of these being glossy board envelopes, which are available to buy in either C5 or C4 size. They have a lovely smooth gloss finish and are great for sending out leaflets, flyers, catalogues and promotional items. These envelopes can also be over printed with your logo or design for that extra touch to make that envelope arrival that extra bit special. Our glossy card envelopes are made from a smooth and elegant 350gsm material for a lovely feel.




Also available to buy is the post marque envelope that comes in either a C5 or C4 size, with various different colours to choose from as well, you are sure to find the one you are looking for. With a lovely matt finish these mailers are great for sending out promotional items, gifts and numerous different documents. They come with a user friendly peel and seal closure and can also be over printed to make them that extra special product. Our post marque envelopes are made from a lovely matt finished 224 gsm card to give them a great finish and feel to them.

A newly launched product has come to our shop website Cyberpac Express. The matt metallic envelopes are sized at C4 and are a great way to send our your brochures, magazines, catalogues and promotional items. These metallic envelopes have a great stylish and elegant look to them giving a real modern feel to them. They have worked brilliantly in some companies recent direct mail campaigns and the feedback received has been very positive with a real great outcome. 

A new product to the market, a number of design companies and agencies have been very impressed with the mailers and this has led to them over printing their logo onto the mailers to great effect. We currently have five different colours available to purchase on our shop - aqua blue, gold, silver, purple and bronze. Our luxury paper over board gift boxes are ideal for gifts, presentation packaging, promotional items and general packaging. They come with a hidden magnetic closure and come flat packed for easy self-assembly, so storage space isn't an issue. They are easily customisable with foil blocking the ideal option to display your brand as an elegant but cost effective solution. 

Metallic Envelopes

Our shiny metallic envelopes are eye catching and come in various different sizes, making them ideal for sending out a number of different sizes, making them ideal for sending a number of different items ranging from magazines and brochures to CD's. The envelopes are durable, printable and stand out from a distance making them ideal for promotions. Many customers use the different coloured envelopes to match their company or website colours giving that extra value to the product. The mailers look great when printed and act as the ideal mailing solution to enhancing your brand.

Matt Laminate Bags

We have a range of matt laminate bags that come in a variety of sizes and colours. They are great for promotional and retail use, coming with matching coloured handles and a reinforced card top and base. They look great when foil blocked (as shown in the picture) improving the appeal and look of the bag.






Metal Tins

We offer three different tins as standard stock products. With bespoke inserts available, usually made from foam, however if quantity is right we can look into vac formed trays. the tins can also be embossed (again depending on quantity) and also screen printed as well which is a far more cost effective solution at lower quantities.

With a user friendly peel and seal closure with a resealable tape, they are ideal for promotional give-aways, brochures, books and much more. They come in nine different colours and are a far greater alternative than a standard paper or foil envelope.

Metallic/ Matt Bubble Mailers

As well as the current shiny metallic bubble mailers we also offer the more stylish and professional looking Matt Metallic Bubble Mailer. Both have a user friendly peel and seal closure with a permanent tape and they are ideal for sending out invitations, promotional gifts and much more. 

Clear CPP Mailers

Our Clear CPP Mailers are made from lightweight yet durable polypropylene. They come in two different sizes of C4 and C5 and are ideal for sending out items such as magazines and brochures.

Standard CPP Metallic Mailers 

We have a range of standard CPP Metallic Mailers available on our shop. With nine different colours available, ranging from Magenta through to Silver Translucent with a range of sizes they are the ideal packaging solution. They come with a user friendly peel and seal closure with a resealable tape and its lightweight yet durable - 70 micron. (Look at Week 10 to learn more about CPP)

Bespoke CPP Mailers

We can screen overprint our standard products. However we also make a mailer to your bespoke size and can flexo print multiple colours to give you a more interesting and creative mailer.

Co-Ex Mailing Bags

We can make Co-Ex Mailing bags to a bespoke size and can print on them as well. They are layered for extra strength and with them being totally opaque they are ideal as mailing courier bags.

Harmless Dissolve Mailers

The mailer that dissolves in water is soon to be launched on our shop as a stock product, they will firstly be available as a C4 and C5 mailers. With the high MOQ's that normally come along with this product, we have found the ideal solution to offer them in a cost effective method. (Look at Week 13 to learn more about Harmless Dissolve)

Laminate materials are created in layers to improve the strength and durability of the original. It can be produced in a variety of colours and finishes, with print to achieve the desired result. 

Advantages

1. Laminate can be clear, metallic or translucent
2. Can be flexo or screen printed as well as the potential to be foil blocked 
3. Different weights available including heavy duty barrier
4. Matt or shiny finishes are available

Disadvantages

1. Expensive for short runs

Considerations
 is an excellent material for vacuum packing envelopes . Suitable for, mailers, carrier bags and Vac Packing bags. The suitable order size,   anything from 500 upwards.

WHAT IS CPP (CAST POLYPROPYLENE)?

Cast polypropylene, is best known for its versatility and comes in three main types, Solid Silver, Silver Translucent and Clear.

Advantages

3. Bespoke carriers and mailers have quick lead times and can be printed with a wide range of effects.

Disadvantages

1. Faint lines can be visible when against the lights.

Considerations

 Products can combine different materials, so mailers can have solid silver backs and a clear front. Suitable for mailers and carrier bags. The suitable order size is 300 for stock printing mailers and 1000 for printing on bespoke mailers.

Week 8 - Flexographic Printing

WHAT IS flexographic printing?

Inks are applied to flexible materials using a resin plate with a raised image.

Advantages

1.Used best for mailers 

2. 4 colour process and spot Pantones are possible

Disadvantages

1. The usual minimum order quantity is 1000.

2. The resolution is lower than lithographic printing.

Considerations

 This print method is great for producing single overall colours, or full CMYK prints onto silver, white, clear or tinted materials. Suitable for printing onto rolls of flexible materials (polythene, cast polypropylene, laminate etc.) before conversion into mailers, carrier bags etc.
