Metallic Envelopes

Our standard Metallic envelopes are made from a durable, lightweight, 70 micron metallised CPP. They have a user friendly peel and seal closure tab with resealable tape, making them ideal for promotional giveaways, brochures, books and much more. They come in nine different colours and are a great alternative to standard paper or foil envelopes.

C5 Harmless Dissolve Envelopes

Very recently available to buy in our online store are our unique Harmless Dissolve envelopes now available in retail sized packs of 100. A completely biodegradable water soluble polymer which bio degrades in a composting environment, dishwasher or washing machine, is available to buy at the very reasonable price of £42.40 per pack of 100 (+VAT). Clients buying this product have ranged from Liz Earle Cosmetics, McKinsey Associates all the way through to Nokia. They have all used Harmless Dissolve to help build their brand and engage with their customers in an environmentally friendly manner.

Metallic Bubble Envelopes

Our classic metallic bubble envelopes are available to buy in packs of 100 with eight different colours available to choose from. These gloss metallic envelopes are great for mailing brochures, catalogues and magazines. Shiny, high impact envelopes create quite an impression when arriving on your clients doorstep. They are eye-catching and come with a user friendly peel and seal permanent closure tape to make sure your envelopes and their contents arrive safely at their destination.

LIMITED EDITION FLAG MAILERS

With the recent press around the Scottish referendum, being held later this month, we were inspired to create a range of mailers which are not only eye catching but make a statement about your stance on current affairs.  These limited edition mailers have either the Scottish Flag or Union Jack flexo printed on a silver background, so you can make a statement on who your vote lies with, whichever one you choose.

Even if you have no interest in the referendum, these wallets still make a statement when sending them locally or abroad with flyers and newsletters, so recipients will know that you are proud to be from this part of the world.

Screen Printing

Cyberpac's metallic envelopes are easily customised using a screen print method with your logo or design embossed on it. Turnaround is usually within 1 - 2 weeks depending on your final specifications such as quantity and artwork spec.  Our metallic envelopes range also comes in a wide variety of colours and sizes to choose from.


Metallic envelopes are available in solid colours, a selection of opaque colours such as silver, blue and gold, along with a choice of either silver or gold translucent envelopes. Our newly launched board envelopes can also be screen printed, giving a fantastic look and feel to the finished mailing solution. We manufacture metal tins which can also be screen printed to very professional standard.  Please contact us for more details on availability

Foil Blocking


Foil blocking is a stunning and cost effective way to customise our standard stock gift boxes. With a quick turnaround time, we can take one of our stock gift boxes and foil block your logo or design on it. They are delivered flat packed so take up little storage space and are very easy to assemble. Kraft gift boxes are also available, along with luxury and standard gift boxes.
Our gift bags which can also have your logo or design foil blocked on them, give a visually dynamic look. We also supply a variety of bags in gloss laminate, paper carrier and matt laminate.




Our bags are available in a variety of different colours and sizes and are very stylish and professional, helping to create the right impression in the corporate or social environment. Foil blocking has recently been used when creating USB jackets, with the aim to present USB flash drives at weddings, presentations or as corporate gifts. Cybercard Bags 

For the first time ever, Cybercard is available to purchase in retail sized packs. With a unique, super embossed design, this really is a high impact product that will certainly create an impression with your clients. They are perfect for sending out small gifts, promotional items and as free gifts at trade shows. A Cybercard bag comes made up and boxed with a luxury rope handle. The bag is sized at 148 x 207 x 35 mm so is great for giving away those smaller items.

Cybercard Document Wallets

Also available in our Cyberpac shop for the first time are the Cybercard document wallets. Again they come with a unique super embossed design. The product has a superb, neat and tidy feel to it being ideal to hold A5 sized documents, leaflets, flyers and giveaways. This is a unique product that you won't be able to purchase elsewhere, the product itself is sized at 240 x 170 x 20 mm (capacity) and comes made up making it easy to insert all your documents.


Cybercard Wallets

This simple yet effective product is great for holding business cards, gift cards and those all important invitations. This product is causing quite a stir in the design industry with numerous different design agencies and colleges showing a keen interest in Cybercard and this product in particular. Sized when folded up at 130 x 115 mm so this makes it great standard sized business cards. This product comes flat for easy self assembly and comes available in packs of 50.

A new product comes to our shop website - Cyberpac Express. With an ever growing product list on our shop website we now have available a range of envelopes available as either glossy or post marque. The first option of these being glossy board envelopes, which are available to buy in either C5 or C4 size. They have a lovely smooth gloss finish and are great for sending out leaflets, flyers, catalogues and promotional items. These envelopes can also be over printed with your logo or design for that extra touch to make that envelope arrival that extra bit special. Our glossy card envelopes are made from a smooth and elegant 350gsm material for a lovely feel.




Also available to buy is the post marque envelope that comes in either a C5 or C4 size, with various different colours to choose from as well, you are sure to find the one you are looking for. With a lovely matt finish these mailers are great for sending out promotional items, gifts and numerous different documents. They come with a user friendly peel and seal closure and can also be over printed to make them that extra special product. Our post marque envelopes are made from a lovely matt finished 224 gsm card to give them a great finish and feel to them.

Week 44 - Matt Metallic Envelopes

A newly launched product has come to our shop website Cyberpac Express. The matt metallic envelopes are sized at C4 and are a great way to send our your brochures, magazines, catalogues and promotional items. These metallic envelopes have a great stylish and elegant look to them giving a real modern feel to them. They have worked brilliantly in some companies recent direct mail campaigns and the feedback received has been very positive with a real great outcome. 

A new product to the market, a number of design companies and agencies have been very impressed with the mailers and this has led to them over printing their logo onto the mailers to great effect. We currently have five different colours available to purchase on our shop - aqua blue, gold, silver, purple and bronze. Week 42 - Bags

An elegant and sophisticated carrier bag printed inside and out and coated with a silk lamination. With a pantone matched rope handle for that extra touch along with a foil blocked gold logo to face and a simple spot UV created a unique and brilliant carrier bag.

A simple but effective 70 micron clear CPP carrier bag with a single colour print throughout the bag that we created for Rolls Royce. Finished with punched handles to create a cost effective and stylish bag.













A unique carrier bag created from 170gsm white paper, and then litho printed and laminated to create a lovely feel. Finished with blue handles to make a great looking bag.

Gift Boxes

Our luxury paper over board gift boxes are ideal for gifts, presentation packaging, promotional items and general packaging. They come with a hidden magnetic closure and come flat packed for easy self-assembly, so storage space isn't an issue. They are easily customisable with foil blocking the ideal option to display your brand as an elegant but cost effective solution. 

Metallic Envelopes

Our shiny metallic envelopes are eye catching and come in various different sizes, making them ideal for sending out a number of different sizes, making them ideal for sending a number of different items ranging from magazines and brochures to CD's. The envelopes are durable, printable and stand out from a distance making them ideal for promotions. Many customers use the different coloured envelopes to match their company or website colours giving that extra value to the product. The mailers look great when printed and act as the ideal mailing solution to enhancing your brand.

Matt Laminate Bags

We have a range of matt laminate bags that come in a variety of sizes and colours. They are great for promotional and retail use, coming with matching coloured handles and a reinforced card top and base. They look great when foil blocked (as shown in the picture) improving the appeal and look of the bag.






Metal Tins

We offer three different tins as standard stock products. With bespoke inserts available, usually made from foam, however if quantity is right we can look into vac formed trays. the tins can also be embossed (again depending on quantity) and also screen printed as well which is a far more cost effective solution at lower quantities.

Week 40 - Digital Media Packaging

A piece of fine corrugated board was used to construct this box with one base colour and one spot colour printed. A foam insert was then inserted including a number of different variation; the picture shows one of the variations of a USB stick and microchip. Despite the fact that corrugated boxes are often seen as boring, this small and cost effective box was an elegant solution for the client and has gained a lot of interest since it has been shown on our website.


Our newly launched USB presentation book is a great creative solution to presenting your digital media. Used mainly by wedding photographers, software companies and individuals wanting a keepsake for their event. It enhances the presentation of your USB whilst being an extremely cost effective alternative to a custom bespoke box made to a bespoke size. The outer whit e matt laminated paper can be finished with a variety of processes including foil blocking, making for a great personalised product. It comes with a laser cut piece of foam ensuring that the USB is kept firmly in place.

A bespoke box with board insert and sleeve, 380 micron board was printed, die-cut and creased to create a stylish branded USB presentation pack at a relatively quick turnaround time.




A stock or bespoke tin is ideal for sending out data to your clients, looking slick and professional in the process. Available with a bespoke foam insert or vacuum formed tray (dependant on quantities) it can certainly meet you or your client's requirements. Gloss Varnish

A gloss varnish enhances the appearance of printed images as the coating reflects the light and gives the impression of making colours feel richer and more vivid. It increases the depth of colour and the feel of the product.




Matt Varnish

A matt varnish gives the printed surface an appearance of a non-glossy, smooth look. This is often considered to 'soften' the appearance of a printed image. Small text in a leaflet or booklet is easier to read on a surface coated with a matt varnish as the coating reduces the glare from the light.

Silk Varnish

A silk varnish offers something in the middle between the option of a 'Gloss' and 'Matt' varnish. It isn't anywhere near as glossy as a gloss varnish but at the same time it is not as subtle as a matt Varnish. Both a silk and matt varnish give protection to the print compared to other varnishes.


Spot UV Varnish

As mentioned in the name a Spot UV involves applying a spot varnish to chosen spots/areas of print. It highlights or draws your attention to that area, so is a very effective way of having a visual stimulus on the page.

A Spot UV varnish looks great on the top of a matt laminated print; it achieves a high maximum contrast between the highly reflective shiny UV coating and a light absorbing matt laminate, creating a visually striking impression.

Lamination  

Matt Lamination

A Matt lamination provides a wide range of uses across a whole spectrum of printed products. The matt laminate finish is particularly suited to surfaces which need to be read easily but can be prone to scuffing and should be handled care. A matt lamination can also be enhanced with a Spot UV to make it really stand out.

Gloss Lamination


A Gloss lamination is more of a high impact option, often used on menus and presentation folders. A gloss lamination forms a nice protective coating over the print meaning it doesn't become as scuffed and damaged as a matt lamination.




Soft Touch Lamination

A soft touch laminated finish creates a luxurious, high quality feel to the surface of a number of printed products. It is ideally suited for the packaging of luxury goods, as it provides an instant "up market" feel to any product.

Coloured Lamination

Iridescent or tinted laminations are available in a wide range of colours and finishes. The final look depends on the colour of print under the lamination so several striking effects can be achieved over the same print sheet.
