Vac Packing is a method of packaging that removes the air from around the item before sealing it. It is used for food preservation, to reduce volume as an alternative and an eye-catching way to present a product

Advantages

1. Creates a visually striking effect
2. Vac packing can be done in small and large quantity runs
3. Items can be Vac packed in either in a heavy duty laminate in a shiny or silver laminate
4. Cost effective packaging solution
5. Unusual way to present products or promotional/marketing items


Disadvantages
1. Items often have to be strong and rigid to be Vac packed. (Please enquire with us about suitability)
2. Can often take a long time to Vac pack large quantities, we estimate that on average it takes
one minute per item

3. Sharp objects are unsuitable as they may puncture the packet


Considerations
 Although mainly seen as a way to package food, it can be used, to show debossed logos, shapes and create interesting effects. Suitable for promotional materials, invitations, clothes, book packaging and a wide range of items.. The suitable order size, anything from fifty upwards.
