The Big Bus Challenge 2011

Throughout the summer, CBS Outdoor, in association with Campaign, laid down a challenge to every advertiser, agency and creative out there to show off their skills with some brilliant Bus advertising designs in order to win both a media campaign and £2,000 of shopping vouchers for themselves.

The brief was to create great Bus ads for a national or regional advertiser. They needed to deliver real impact on the street, showing how the advertiser can harness the power of Bus to grab the attention, spark conversations, and stick in the mind. Over 650 entries were received from across the UK and, which has highlighted the passion that remains in our industry for the most iconic medium in town.

The winner was Compassion in World Farming with this entry to stop the transport of live animals.
